Lern to Draw
with
T. Nussbaum
The course is taught by the artist, Tzippora Nussbaum, who has B.Ed in Arts and over 20 years of experience.

Is it meant for me?
The drawing course is meant for those who are looking to break free from copying, to be able to draw also from imagination. The lessons give the ability to improve and correct distortions in the drawing that are noticeable to be wrong but are hard to explain why. The goal is to be free of drawing by feeling and from trial and error, instead to draw professionally and to understand what is done.
This is an academic level drawing course - the entire work is in pencil and the rules of perspective, 3D and figure drawing are taught in a professional and thorough manner.
This is a course that requires practice and an investment of time and energy.
This is not painting for fun, but for professionalization and for those who want to understand what they are doing.

Online and Frontal
Two options for the course:
A frontal and active class in Tzippora's studio in Jerusalem
An online class by zoom.
The course requires practice, patience and homework.

Questions you might want to ask....
Is there home work?
The course requires at least four hours of practice per week.
Especially in the zoom classes, since there is no practical practice in the course itself - in each meeting we go over the homework and I give exercises for the next lesson.
How often are the meetings?
The frontal lessons are ever week
Tha online course will take place every other week so that the students have enough time to practice.
How do I make up a lesson I missed?
Those who miss the meeting will be able to receive a recording in order to make up what they missed.
